LIMA — A public information session on a ballot measure to aggregate electrical rates in the city of Lima will be held at 5 p.m. Monday in Lima City Council chambers, 50 Town Square, Lima.

If passed, the measure, which will be on the ballot this November, would allow eligible electric consumer accounts to be bundled by the Palmer Energy Company to negotiate with electricity providers for the best group rate, with consumers able to opt out if preferred.
