At about 3 a.m. Monday, deputies with the Auglaize County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to Buckland Holden Road near Interstate 75 on a report of a suspicious person. The caller reported a man standing on the overpass waving his arms. Upon arrival, deputies located an abandoned vehicle and a man walking in a ditch in the area of the interstate.
