July 19

Donna M. Roethlisberger, 63, 130 Pierre Place, Lima, pleaded guilty to two counts tampering with records. She faces up to 72 months in prison and $20,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11:30 a.m. Aug. 30. Two counts identity fraud and failure to comply with the law were dismissed.

July 20

Chad M. German, 40, 807 E. Second St., Delphos, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering and theft. He faces up to 24 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted.

July 21

John W. Mobley, 46, 201 E. Arthur St., Hicksville, was sentenced to 12 months in prison for aggravated possession of drugs (methamphetamines). The sentence was ordered to be served concurrent to a case in Defiance County. Charges of possession of drugs (marijuana) and display of license plates were dismissed.

Brian L. Graziani, 45, 24165 Elliott Road, Defiance, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for an amended charge of trafficking in drugs. He was ordered to pay restitution of $360 to the MAN unit. A charge of possession of drugs (methamphetamines) was dismissed.

According to reports of the Putnam County Sheriff’s office, Graziani was among those arrested following a traffic stop in Ottawa, at 12:10 a.m. Dec. 9, by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office. K-9 Nero was brought in and could alert the need for a search and nearly $14,000 of crystal meth was found in the vehicle.

The others arrested include Lawrence D. Lewis, 53, 1005 Jackson St., Defiance, and Nicole L. Stewart, 37, 221 N. Cherry St., Apt. B, Bryan. Lewis pleaded guilty to trafficking in drugs and faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. Aug. 28. Stewart was sentenced last April for possession of drugs (methamphetamines).

The Ottawa Police Department, Pandora Police Department and the Man Unit assisted at the scene.

July 25

Ashley N. Montgomery, 28, 204 Candlewood Drive, Richmond, Ky., was remanded to the WORTH Center for violating the terms of her treatment in lieu of conviction. Montgomery was placed on three years community control, must undergo random drug testing, have only one medical provider, one pharmacist and not consume any alcohol and drugs without a valid prescription. She was originally convicted of possession of drugs (heroin).

July 17

Brian C. Hanneman, 42, 305 E. Third St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He was also fined $50 for speeding.

July 18

Francis S. Chandler, 28, 21053 State Route 115, Vaughnsville, pleaded no contest to drug abuse possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. She was also fined $150 for drug paraphernalia.

Tyler E. Perreault, 22, 157 N. Center St., Vaughnsville, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.

Cody A. Dickerson, 24, 257 N. Main St., Apt. 2, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $150 fine. He was also fined $50 for tail lights required.

July 24

Jon F. Bormuth, 24, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. A2, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 178 days suspended, $250 fine, complete mental health assessment and have no contact with victim for two years.

Tylee N. Maglinte, 23, 245 E. Third St., Ottawa, pleaded no contest to furnish or to sell to underage and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $500 fine.

July 27

Alicia D. Hazelton, 29, 260 Oakview Drive, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of failure to control and stopping after accident were dismissed.

Destine E. Roberts, 32, 1168 E. Main St., Apt. C, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension license forfeiture. Sentence: $150 fine. She was also fined $50 for stop sign violation.
