LIMA — Lima Police Department officers and FBI agents were seeking a man who robbed a bank in town Monday morning.
The department received a call at about 11:30 a.m. Monday reporting that the Huntington National Bank, 631 W. Market St., was robbed.
Investigators said a man entered the bank and approached a teller. He demanded money and fled the bank.
The robber was described as a white man between 30 and 40 years old with red hair and a red goatee. He was wearing a gray hat and black leather jacket and was carrying a satchel.
The man left in a 1990s model Lincoln Town Car, gold in color. All the windows had been tinted.
The FBI was investigating the robbery.
