WAPAKONETA — The Auglaize County Health Department is surveying residents about their health for the county’s community health assessment, which influences public and private health initiatives.
The health department will survey 2,000 randomly selected adults over the next two months in conjunction with the Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio and researchers from the University of Toledo.
