LIMA — A new set of fixed routes will be set into place starting May 1. According to LACRPC Public Outreach and Community Program planner Shaunna Basinger in a recent Lima News article, the Allen County RTA is transitioning from a flagging system to a fixed route system. According to a recent press release, each route will have fixed stops. The routes include Eastgate, the Lima Mall, South Metcalf, Northeast, Bluffton and Delphos. Passengers must be present at the stop to receive transportation.
