LIMA — Local author Michael Schoenhofer has published his second book, “Let this be a lesson to you: Thoughts about inner peace.”
Schoenhofer led the Mental Health & Recovery Services Board of Allen, Auglaize and Hardin Counties for 19 years. His latest book, a collection of Schoenhofer’s blog posts, was published through a grant from the MHRSB to benefit local mental health efforts.
The book is now available at the Lima Public Library and is on sale at Readmore’s Hallmark stores on Elm Street and Harding Highway, ArtSpace/Lima or online at wecarepeople.org/mikesbook.
Book signing events with Schoenhofer will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Lima Public Library, 650 W. Market St., Lima, and from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at ArtSpace/Lima, 65 Town Square, Lima.
