LIMA — The Allen County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management plans to complete a monthly test of all 50 emergency sirens at noon Wednesday.
The tests are run the first Wednesday of every month. In case of a true emergency, sirens alert the public to go indoors and tune into local media for updates.
