Free health clinics coming to two Lima churches

LIMA – Ohio Department of Health, in partnership with the West Central Ohio Health Ministries Program, Allen County Public Health and Lima Memorial Health System will host two Mobile Health Clinics in Lima. These clinics will be held at the following locations:

– 12-4 p.m., Oct. 2, at St. Gerard Church, 240 W. Robb Ave., Lima. Spanish translation will be available at this clinic.

– 10 a.m. 10 1:30 p.m., Oct. 5, at Fourth Street Baptist Church, 122 W. Fourth St., Lima.

The clinics will offer the COVID-19 Vaccine, and Core-4 services that screen for High Blood Pressure, Diabetes or Pre-diabetes, Heart Disease and Body Mass Index. In addition, information about the Cribs for Kids Program and Naloxone will also be available.

These clinics are free and open to the community. No appointments are needed.
