VAN WERT — Updated COVID-19 booster shots will be available from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, at the Van Wert County Health Department, 1179 Westwood Drive, Suite 300, Van Wert.
The new shots, which protect against the original strain of SARS-CoV-2 as well as newer variants of the virus, are available for anyone age 12 and older whose last COVID-19 vaccination was at least two months ago. Anyone seeking a booster should bring their COVID-19 vaccination card, insurance information and identification.
