LIMA — Wayne Street between Main and Elizabeth streets will be closed to through traffic from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, according to the city of Lima Engineer’s Office.
The closure will allow for installing HVAC equipment on the roof of the Allen County Detention Center.
