The Allen County grand jury returned 21 public indictments this month. Those indicted and their charges are:

Kenyatta E. Ferguson, 40, address unavailable, breaking and entering.
Charmei J. Alsept, 29, of 703 Madison Ave., domestic violence and aggravated burglary.
Dustin R. Starkey, 19, of 834 Brice Ave., failure comply with order or signal of police officer.
Chad C. Greynolds, 30, of 703 Madison Ave., aggravated burglary.
Douglas B. May, 36, of 1500 Deerfield Drive, Apt. 3E, domestic violence.
James C. Griffin, 34, of Detroit, Mich., aggravated possession of drugs.
Kenton D. Kerner, 18, address unavailable, receiving stolen property.
Brooks D. Howton, 32, of 716 E. Vine St., aggravated burglary with a repeat violent offender specification, kidnapping with a repeat violent offender specification, felonious assault with a repeat violent offender specification, two counts of rape with a repeat violent offender specification and tampering with evidence.
Faith M. Henry, 20, of 636 Dingledine Ave., two counts of felonious assault.
