LIMA — Allen County Auditor Rhonda Eddy-Steinecker announced a six-year reappraisal of Allen County properties has been completed, with new values established for properties. The updated valuations can be viewed at the Allen County Auditor’s Office in the Allen County Courthouse or at www.allencountyohauditor.com.
All property owners will receive a letter within the next week listing new property values.
The auditor’s office will also hold informal hearings for residential owners the week of Oct. 19 at the Lima Mall. Commercial hearings are held by appointment only at the courthouse.
