LIMA — Allen County Commissioners approved a resolution Thursday to schedule the reconvening of the final public hearing for the Indian Brook-Wildbrook Estates petition ditch project.
The hearing was forced to go into recess Aug. 20 due to a scheduling conflict with the Senior Citizens Center, where the hearing was held. The hearing will reconvene at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 22 at the Senior Citizens Center.
Landowners in the watershed will be receiving recalculated reassessments, with the minimum assessment for those in the main project going up to $500, with those in other affected parcels going up to a $300 minimum charge.
