Zola Dulle, 63, 215 E. Maple St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to theft, a misdemeanor. She faces up to six months in jail and $1,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1 p.m. Sept. 2.

Aug. 3

Sean R. Wood, 43, 101 E. Main St., Belmore, pleaded guilty to theft of credit card. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10:30 a.m. Sept. 2.

Aug. 5

Justin D. Lawrence, 24, 1345 Road 17, Continental, charged with corruption of a minor, was place on house arrest with a electronic monitoring system. He must stay 500 feet away from the alleged victim and have no contact with juveniles. Another pre-trial was set for 9:30 a.m. Sept. 2 and a jury trial for 9 a.m. Sept. 15.

Aug. 6

Donald E. Schulte, 20, 5979 County Road 18, Continental, pleaded guilty to failure of sex offender to verify current address. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. Aug. 27.

Aug. 7

Ricardo Minjarez, 46, 212 Riverview Drive, Ottawa, was sentenced to 180 days jail for escape, a misdemeanor. The sentence was ordered to be served consecutive to a municipal court case.

July 30

Brandon R. Tate, 20, 1823 Camelot Lane, Findlay, pleaded no contest to drug possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine, six-month license suspension. He also was fined $25 for speeding. A charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Aug. 3

Timothy J. Bailey, Jr., 40, 253 Old Orchard Drive, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of menacing. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $100 fine, and complete assessment with Pathways Counseling Center or equivalent agency, six months probation.

Brett N. Compton, 19, 1063 W. Main St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. Sentence: 90 days jail, 87 days suspended, $250 fine, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.

Frederick S. Warren, 19, 11194 Sunset Drive, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. Sentence: 90 days jail, 87 days suspended, $250 fine, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.

Adam W. Handy, 31, 1481 Terrawenda Drive, Defiance, pleaded no contest to stopping after accident and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $500 fine, $250 suspended, license suspended for three months.

Aug. 6

Tyler L. Sifuentes, 25, 266 S. Walnut St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to OVI first-offense. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 120 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, three year license suspension, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center or equivalent agency. A charge of failure to reinstate license was dismissed.

Doneil L. Denson, 38, 1001 N. Defiance St., Apt. 7A, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $250 fine, with assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.

Michael A. Maag, 26, 19448 State Route 114, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, one year license suspension, with credit for three days upon completion of DIP, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. Charges of open container and speeding were dismissed.

Daniel J. Shiarla, 56, D-956 State Route 108, Holgate, pleaded guilty to physical control. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.
