Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions
Randi L. Drew, 23, Lot 21 Circle Drive, Continental, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Drew was also fined $50 for failure to control.
Kelsey Cole, 22, 409 E. Liberty St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, $150 suspended.
Michael P. Markel, 39, 530 Fourth St., Hamler, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: $250 fine. A charge of stop sign was dismissed.
Nicholas G. Boissonneault, 18, 1910 Brookhaven Drive, Lima, pleaded no contest to telephone harassment and was found guilty. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $150 fine.
Dylin J. Warnimont, 18, 1245 N. Defiance St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: $75 fine.
