BELLEFONTAINE — A fertilizer and agronomy consulting company is opening up a location in Bellefontaine.
Midwestern BioAg, headquartered in Blue Mounds, Wisconsin, recently anounced its new facility at 2822 U.S. 68 South.
The location, opened in March, offers fertilizer and application services, seed and animal nutrition products, according to a release from the company and its website.
“For over 30 years, we’ve helped farmers increase their yields and lower their costs with our premium line of fertilizers and farm services,” said Tony Michaels, Midwestern BioAg CEO, in a statement. “We welcome the opportunity to help Ohio farmers boost productivity and crop quality.”
The 7,500-square-foot facility will be host to an open housefrom 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 25.
Michaels and other company officials will be speaking during the event.
