LIMA — April showers will bring down plenty of eggs for the community to hunt this weekend, and the Easter Bunny may even make a special appearance.

Several area organizations will be hosting Easter-themed events today and Saturday, offering a wide variety of activities and entertainment. Even your furry friends can get involved.

The list of Easter extravaganzas is as follows:

• Easter egg hunt: 2 p.m. today, Kangaroo Cave, 4747 Good Road, Delphos. Cost $10 per participant, $5 age 3 or under. Open bounce 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• iHeart Radio Easter egg hunt: 10 a.m. Saturday, Lima Senior High School auditorium, 1 Spartan Way, Lima. Free.

• Easter Bone Hunt: 11 a.m. Saturday, Van Wert Community Dog Park, Rotary Park. Free. First group 40 pounds and under, second group 40 pounds and over. Must be on a leash.

• EGG-Stravaganza: 1 p.m. Saturday, Calvary Chapel of Praise, 1601 Rebecca Drive, Lima. Free. Ages 1-12. Egg hunt, sack lunch, live show, prizes.

• Delphos Optimist Easter egg hunt: 1 p.m. Saturday, Delphos park, 608 N. Canal St., Delphos. Free. Ages 2-9. Egg hunt, prizes, Easter Bunny.

• Glow in the dark egg hunt: 5:30 p.m. today, Cornerstone Church, 2000 N. Cole St., Lima. Free. Through grade 6. “Ralph Breaks the Internet” showing after hunt.
