FITNESS TIPS: Many options for healthy breakfast


Eat a balanced breakfast consisting of healthy proteins and complex carbs in the right amounts for you and your health goals. Some easy options are granola cereal, yogurt and an apple, peanut butter and sliced bananas on whole wheat toast with a glass of milk, cottage cheese with fruit and whole wheat toast, scrambled eggs or veggie omelet with fruit and whole wheat toast.
