Last week we shared fitness tips for those getting ready to take part in fitness classes. Today we share tips for when the class over:
• Cool down. It’s important to slowly lower your heart rate and prevent injury, so stay for the cool down! If you find yourself wanting to leave early, dismiss yourself quietly and give the instructor a hand signal to let him or her know you’re okay and not leaving because you don’t feel well. If you know you’ll need to leave early, let the instructor know prior to class starting.
