Caregiver’s Fair;
grief support
A caregiver’s fair and a grief share program will be held at Shawnee Alliance Church, 4455 Shawnee Road, Lima.
• The Caregiver’s Fair will offer support and information for people caring for aging adults or disabled children. It will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19. People attending can choose from among 20 sessions such as estate planning and stress management.
The event is free, but people are urged to register in advance at shawneealliance.com/Carereg or by calling 419-991-6546.
• Grief Share is a 13-week program starting the second week of September. People can join at any time. It is a support group for people grieving the loss of a loved one. People can call 419-991-6546 for more information.
Festival, concert
Two events — a family fun night and a gospel concert — will be held at Westside United Methodist Church, 604 Gloria Drive.
• The Fall Festival Family Fun Night will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sept. 27. Hot dogs, chips, cookies and drinks will be provided, and there will be games and activities for all ages.
• There will be a gospel concert featuring the Third Floor Band at 7 p.m. on Oct. 3. Admission is free, but attendees are asked to bring a non-perishable item for the Church United Pantry (CUP). An offering will also be taken with all proceeds also going to CUP.

Rib dinner
There will be a rib dinner fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday at the Providence Missionary Baptist Church, 125 S. McDonel St., Lima. The rib dinner includes ribs, baked beans, cole slaw, bread and dessert for $10. Proceeds of the fundraiser will go toward the annual men’s day program. For details, call 567-712-2608.
Youth Lock-in
There will be a citywide back to school lock-in, entitled The Movement starting at 10 p.m. on Friday to 7 a.m. on Saturday at the Impact Center of Cornerstone Harvest Church, 2000 N. Cole St., Lima. Teens, ages 13 to 19 are welcome, but must have permission slip. Cost is $5 for entry and $20 for dorms which include food, video games, movies and souvenirs. For details, call 419-228-3007

Sweet Tooth
Trinity’s Tastes of Home will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 19 at Delphos Trinity United Methodist Church, 211 E. Third St, Delphos. The fundraiser will feature pies, cakes, cookies, as well as, fresh canned goods and other delicious items. For details, call 419-692-0651.

Concert coming
Lucas and Brandon Fullenkamp will be performing a concert at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Immaculate Conception Church, 116 N. Main St., Botkins. A reception will follow the concert. Outdoor worship
Rally Day — featuring a special outdoor worship, barbecue and concert — will start at 10 a.m. on Sunday at New Creation Lutheran Church, 8127 E. Main St., Ottawa. Brian Keith Wallen will be leading worship, as well as, performing a concert after lunch. Wallen, a blues musician, placed second this year in the 2015 International Blues Challenge and is the winner of several awards for his music.
