There are lots of holidays coming up that make binging that delicious, but terrible food so easy and convenient. Moderation is key. Get your fix of your favorites and throw or give the rest away. Candy, sweets, even those big meal leftovers that linger around will keep calling your name every time you pass through the kitchen and you will regret it. Believe me, you won’t even miss them, but you will feel better in January when your clothes still fit.
