To-do lists

If you are like me, you make these long lists of everything you need to do, then feel overwhelmed, call it quits, and go watch TV. If that sounds familiar, I hope this tip helps. Make your lists and then put due dates beside the tasks. Don’t feel like everything needs to be done at once. Concentrate on one or 2two specific things a day and complete those. If you feel motivated after those, then keep going on your lists, but don’t set your expectations so high that you feel it is unattainable and then give up. (Hint: This also works when it comes to exercise.)
