Ridgemont schools holding informational session on drugs


Informational session: 2:30 to 3:15 p.m., Ridgemont Local School District, 560 W. Taylor St., Mount Victory. Grades 7-12. On vaping and dabbing.

MOUNT VICTORY — The Ridgemont Local School District is holding an informational session on drugs for all students grades 7 to 12 from 2:30 to 3:15 p.m. Thursday at 560 W. Taylor St., Mount Victory.

Allen County Sheriff Matthew Treglia and Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhardt, along with Kenton graduate and current Kent State football player Matt Bahr, will join Ridgemont staff to discuss various topics and aspects involving drugs (dabbing in particular) and vaping. Presentations will focus on the criminal, legal, school-related and health repercussions of doing drugs and vaping.
