BLUFFTON — Joel Agner, of Bluffton, is hosting a restoration agriculture workshop from 4 to 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, at his farm, 20527 Township Road 56, Bluffton. Cost is $300 and includes snacks and coffee on Friday.
There will be a program from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16 and Sunday, Sept. 17 at the farm, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
This workshop features nationally-acclaimed author Mark Shepard. It is hosted by Joel and his brothers, Jerrod and Jonah. The workshop enables participants to learn hands-on restoration agriculture. It is designed for homesteaders, organic farmers, community activists and small and large-scale farmers.
