Yoga event to help human trafficking survivors

LIMA — An evening of yoga hosted by Paula Johnson will help support anti-human trafficking efforts by the Northwest Ohio Rescue and Restore Coalition.

“Darkness to Light: Summer Yoga” will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 7 at the Faurot Park Pavilion on South Cole Street in Lima.

The cost to attend is $10, which may be paid at the time of the event. All funds will help survivors of human trafficking.

Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mats. Water will be provided.
