BLUFFTON — Classes to help people prepare for end of life will be held June 8.
The Bluffton Senior Center is hosting an End of Life Seminar 6 p.m. Thursday, June 8, to help enable these difficult discussions.
There will be lawyers, accountants, funeral directors and other professionals to chat one on one plus speakers on the following topics:
6:05 p.m. — Beth Boehr — “What is Long Term Care Insurance”
6:20 p.m. — Neil Reichenbach — “Consequences of required minimum distribution of IRAs”
6:35 p.m. — Putnam County Home Care and Hospice — “Hospice, what is it and when should I ask for it”
6:50 p.m. — Scott Basinger — “What is a living will, advance directive and durable power of attorney”
7:05 p.m. — Gary Reese — “Are Trusts and Annuities right for me”
This seminar is intended for seniors and/or their families.
