Mike Purdy began his stint as The Lima News sports content editor in September 2013. Since graduating from Ball State University in 1983, the Celina native has held a variety of reporter, editor and online positions at the Greensburg Daily News and Logansport Pharos Tribune in Indiana and The News-Press in Southwest Florida.
