Deborah Blakeley, 91, formerly of St. Marys, died at 1 p.m. Dec. 3, 2010, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 4, 1949, in St. Marys to Russell and Margaret McDermitt Wehnes, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Blakeley retired from St. Marys Cotton Mill, St. Marys. She attended First Friends Church, St. Marys. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, collecting dolls and using the computer. She was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3035 Auxiliary, Delphos.
Survivors include four children, Judy (Shawn) Sealscott, of Wapakoneta, Tammy (Gregory) Van Dyke Sr., of Delphos, Pamela (Darrell Copeland) Blakeley, of Middle Point, and Samuel (Melissa) Blakeley Jr., of Harrod; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Larry Wehnes, of St. Marys, and Gary Wehnes, of Wapakoneta; and her beloved bird, Jack.
She was preceded in death by her stepmother, Dorothy Wehnes Hunter; and a brother Jerry Wehnes.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. The Rev. Charles Richtmeyer will officiate. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
