Naomi Ruth Biederman Moore, 77, formerly of Alger, died Dec. 31, 2010, at her home.
She was born to Ralph Emerson and Irene Olive Vanriper Biederman, who preceded her in death. On July 20, 1957, she married Clarence Moore, who survives.
Mrs. Moore was a native of Ohio. She retired from Textron, in Lima.
Survivors also include a son, Roger H. Joseph, of Eugene, Ore.; two daughters, Valarie L. (John) Lyons and Nancy L. Minix, both of Greer, S.C.; three brothers, Dale, Dean and Melvin Biederman, all of Ohio; a sister Wadelene Reed, of Ohio; five grandchildren, Desiree (Bill) Duncan, of Lincoln, Neb., Rod, Jeremy and Jason Joseph, all of Oregon, and Dustin Minix, of Duncan, S.C.; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a brother, Ralph Biederman.
Graveside services will begin at 3:30 p.m. today at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Greer, S.C. Pastor Frank Ledvinka and Chaplain Jim Frost will officiate.
Friends may call from 2 to 3 p.m. today at Stribling Funeral Home, Duncan, S.C.
