Temple Hill, Ky. - Virginia Wierzba, 94, died Jan. 1, 2011, at her residence.
She was born to Petrus Sitarski and Marianna Moskal, who preceded her in death. She married Frank Wierzba, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Wierzba was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Helen Catholic Church. She was a native of Passaic N.J.
Survivors include six children, Frank J. (Mary Lee) Wierzba, of Jonesboro, Ark., Richard P. (Juanita) Wierzba, of Grove, Okla., Sylvia R. (Bill) Travis, of Temple Hill, Ky., Harry E. (Kathleen) Wierzba, of Walcott, Iowa, John R. (Natalie) Wierzba, of Los Angeles, and Kathryn A. (Randy) Reeves, of Lima; and 20 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Albert Kuduk.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Helen Catholic Church. Burial will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Jonesboro, Ark.
A rosary service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home, Glasgow, Ky., with viewing following the service.
