OTTAWAMary T. Otto, 95, died at 2:37 a.m. March 16, 2011, at Putnam Acres Care Center, Ottawa.She was born Sept. 12, 1915, in Glandorf to William J. and Anna Marie Drerup Rieman, who preceded her in death. On June 23, 1945, she married Franklin Otto, who died June 27, 1985.Mrs. Otto was a homemaker and caregiver. She was a member of SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa, and its Altar Rosary Society. She was an active volunteer in the community, enjoyed gardening, was an avid reader and a world traveler.Survivors include three children, Jacqueline (Philip) Roe, of Ann Arbor, Mich., Ruth (Michael) Tewalt, of Redondo Beach, Calif., and Paul (Pamela) Otto, of Dayton; three grandchildren, Gina (Mark) Melnik, Caroline (Colby) Kuzontkoski and Brian (Sarah) South; and a great-grandchild, Finnegan South.She was preceded in death by five siblings, Lucy Rieman, Suzanne Taylor, Thomas Rieman, Edward Rieman, Robert Rieman and the Rev. Nicholas Rieman.Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Ottawa. The Rev. Matt Jozefiak will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Love Funeral Home, Ottawa, where a Scripture service will begin at 6:30 p.m.Memorial contributions may be made to the Putnam County Library.Condolences may be expressed at
