Richey gets 3 years prison for threat against judge

Former Ohio death row inmate Kenneth Richey talks with his attorney, Greg Meyers, of the Ohio Public Defender's Office in court after being sentenced to three years in prison today for threatening a judge. Richey was sentenced on the charge of retaliation for leaving a threatening voice mail message for Judge Randall Basinger, who prosecuted Richey at his original trial in 1987, which sent Richey to death row.
