Six indicted in Putnam County drug cases

OTTAWA — The Multi-Area Narcotics Task Force and the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office recently conducted an investigation that led to the arrests of six people in Putnam County on a variety of drug charges.

The six people were recently indicted by the Putnam County grand jury. Individuals facing charges include:

•Justin F. Fulmer, 22, of Leipsic, two counts of trafficking in marijuana and one count of trafficking in marijuana within 100 feet of a juvenile specification.

•Amanda Hiegel, 25, of Leipsic, one count of trafficking in marijuana within 100 feet of a juvenile specification.

•Victor R. Magallanes, 24, of Leipsic, two counts of trafficking in cocaine.

•Gabriel Mata, 32, of Columbus Grove, two counts of trafficking in marijuana.

•Luis M. Rocha, 22, of Ottawa, two counts of trafficking in cocaine with specification for using a vehicle and two counts of permitting drug abuse.

•Crystal R. Warner, of Columbus Grove, two counts of trafficking in marijuana.

The ongoing investigation resulted in search warrants being conducted in Leipsic with assistance from the Leipsic Police Department and the Ottawa Police Department.
