New four-way stop signs installed

Perry Township began installing new stop signs at intersections on Reese Avenue on Tuesday, turning them into four-way stops.

The new signs facing north and south at 15th Street and Main Street are meant to address complaints of speeding on these roads, according to a press release from Perry Township Road Superintendent Corey Lehman.

Stop signs were also installed on Garland and Zeits avenues at 7th Street, making them four-way stops.
