A deeper walk with God

The Lord has been speaking to me about the Deep of God now for weeks. I have come to realize that I could go on forever on this topic and the Lord would never run out of fresh information.

Recently, the Lord was speaking to me about the importance of love and the deep. For each level we travel in the Holy Spirit, there must be a new level of the love walk. It is the love of God that will take you on this deep spiritual journey with the Lord.

God is love. When we accept Christ as our personal Lord and Savior, we attach ourselves to love, then we begin to move in love, then we become one with love. Isaiah 30:18 speaks to this. Those that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. The words wait upon literally means to be twisted together with. When we become twisted together with the Lord, we become one with Him. This has become one of my favorite prayers, Lord please make me one with you, twist me together with you. Might I remind you that this process might be a bit painful, twisting together with the Lord. Know what you are requesting. We must count the cost, but I believe it is well worth any pain that comes with the process.

1 John 4:18: Perfect love casts out all fear. When love is full and complete, there can be no fear. In the circle of love, there are no doors or windows. Lliterally, you can live a fearless life in Christ Jesus.

The more of the love of God you possess, the deeper you will be able to go in the Lord. We show and prove our love for the Lord as we experience God. As we experience Him, we take on the very nature of our Lord Jesus Christ. If we walk in unforgiveness and bitterness, envy, strife, jealousy, etc., we refuse the very nature, virtue, power, anointing and authority of the Lord.

Through our intimacy with the Lord, we literally receive everything we need from Him — healing, deliverance peace, joy — because Jesus did it all on the cross, He took all sin — past, present and future — all sickness and disease and all poverty. This is so simple, and we make it so difficult. It is all in relationship, in intimacy with the Lord, you will find everything you will ever need in Him. Remember, love produces love, love becomes married to love (God).

What is love? Love is deep affections, great warm affections. Love is unconditional, unending, unlimited, permanent deep affections for and someone. The love of God is the sum total of everything that God is created. Everything that God has spoken, everything that God is capable of doing and everything God has done, will do, and everything He bore on the cross for us (all redemption).

Jesus said, “It is finished.” Truly, it was finished. Now all we need to do is receive what He has already given us and take the plunge into the deep.
