Police calls

Police calls as of 9:30 a.m. Thursday Oct. 31, from the Allen County Sheriff’s Office and Lima Police Department.

Hughes Avenue and 4th Street, Lima – Officers were sent to a location Sunday over a fight and stopped a vehicle which someone had marijuana inside.

1500 South Union Street, Lima – A woman reported Sunday she was in a fight with another woman.

700 block of South Main Street, Lima – Police spotted a person Saturday carrying a man who was the victim of an assault. Police arrested two people.

2500 block of Debbie Drive, Lima – A 50-year-old woman reported Saturday she hired a man to do work for her. She said he did not complete the work and wants more money. She also reported she found him roaming around her house and she is missing jewelry.

500 block of West Market Street, Lima – Police were called Friday to a fight in a parking lot.

400 block of North Glenwood Avenue, Lima – A woman reported Saturday her brother was at her home and when he left various items she owned were missing.

2307 Spencerville Road, Lima – Police were called Sunday to J’s at the Teau over a dispute inside the bar. An upset woman left the bar and damaged a trailer outside.

2450 Allentown Road, Lima – Police were called to Walmart on Monday over a shoplifting incident which two people tried to steal merchandise.

200 block of West Kibby Street, Lima – A 51-year-old woman reported Monday someone broke into his home and stole an appliance.

333 N. Main St., Lima – A sheriff’s deputy saw an inmate walking up the ramp at the sheriff’s office Tuesday in a state prison uniform. He took the inmate into custody.
