May 20

Zane F. Feather, 21, Grand Rapids, pleaded guilty to improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentence scheduled for 11 a.m. June 30.

Francisco J. Guerra, 45, Toledo, pleaded guilty to nonsupport of dependents. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing scheduled for 11:30 a.m. June 30.

James R. Reynolds, 43, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of attempted escape and an amended charge of domestic violence. He faces up to 18 months in prison and 180 days jail and up to $6,000 in fines. He was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $447 to the Fort Jennings Police Department. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing scheduled for 10 a.m. June 27. A charge of vandalism is dismissed.

Joy E. Howard, 34, Lima, was found guilty of violating community control standards. The violations included consuming alcohol and not staying away from establishments that serve alcoholic beverages. Sentencing on the matter was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. June 6. She was originally convicted of attempted identity fraud and misuse of credit cards.

May 23

Matthew R. Stateler, 40, Putnam County Correctional, pleaded no contest to attempted intimidation and was found guilty. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing scheduled for 9 a.m. July 7.

Phillip D. Baney, 57, Leipsic, was sentenced to eight months in jail for an amended charge of obstructing official business. He was given credit for 187 days served.

Sonny G. Olivio, 29, Findlay, was sentenced to 300 days jail for violating community control standards. The violations included failing to report for scheduled office visits, taking a vehicle without consent, failing to obtain permission before changing residences, failing to complete Pass point screenings and consuming alcohol and marijuana. He was given credit for 244 days served. He was originally convicted of aggravated possession of drugs.

Hunter Baldridge, 25, Findlay, pleaded guilty to possession of fentanyl. He faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing scheduled for 8:30 a.m. July 14.

May 24

Wright Patt Credit Union, Inc., Dayton, was granted a foreclosure against Amanda Mellott, executor of the estate of Theodore F. Jones, in the amount of $15,944.75, plus interest and costs.

May 26

William J. Hale, 42, Mandale, was remanded to the WORTH Center for violating community control standards. The violations included failing to report to scheduled office visits, failing to attend counseling services and failing to pay child support. He must successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He was originally convicted of nonsupport of dependents.

Deanna L. Riker, 37, Ada, was placed on five years community control for violating community control standards. The violations included using heroin, fentanyl, and marijuana. She must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. She was originally convicted of receiving stolen property.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

May 24

Luis A. Cruz, 34, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Sentence: $250 fine. He was also fined $50 for window tint. A charge of driving without a valid license was dismissed. An interpreter was appointed and present to serve as a translator for the hearings.
