May 16

Galaxy International Purchasing, LLC, Cincinnati, was granted an agreed judgment of $15,971.58, plus interest and costs from Kelly M. Selby, Columbus Grove. The judgment includes $300 payments made payable by the 15th day of the month.

May 17

Crystal Warner, 32, Lima, was sentenced to eight months in jail for violating community control standards. The violations included failing to report to her supervising officer, changing her residence without permission, using methamphetamines and fentanyl, and not completing counseling with Pathways Counseling Center as directed. She was given credit for 205 days served which was ordered concurrent to an Allen County case. She was originally convicted of forgery. Her community control supervision was terminated unsuccessfully.

Robin L. Schroeder, Ottawa, and Nathan J. Schroeder, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 3, 2002 in Miller City and have three children.

May 19

Haley S. McGue, 29, Columbus Grove, was remanded to the WORTH Center for possession of drugs (cocaine). She was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended.

Roger R. Leimgruber, 41, Findlay, was sentenced to 180 days in jail for violating community control. The violations included failing to contact his supervising officer and failing to pay court ordered child support. He was given credit for 144 days served. He was originally convicted of nonsupport of dependents.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

May 16

Abraham Jimenez, 32, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $250 fine.

Eryn C. Fick, 28, Defiance, pleaded guilty to second offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $1,000 fine, $475 suspended, three-year license suspension, and complete an alcohol and drug assessment. Charges of OVI and speeding were dismissed.

Richard A. Piotrowski, 68, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine. A charge of right of way was dismissed.

Neftali D. Ventura, 24, Findlay, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension. Charges of OVI and driving without an operating license were dismissed.

Hilario Salina Jr., 53, Ottawa, was fined $50 and costs for permitting an unlicensed driver to drive.
