OTTOVILLE — Joseph Moreno is the newest member of Ottoville Village Council after being unanimously approved by council members Monday.
Moreno will fill the seat vacated by Tony Langhals, with his term ending Dec. 31.
Lynne Horstman, W.D. Miller and Aaron Burgei were also interviewed for the council vacancy.
