COLUMBUS — Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted has announced that absentee ballot applications for this November’s election will be mailed later this month, scheduled to arrive in Ohio voters’ mailboxes around Labor Day.
The application can be completed and returned to the voter’s county board of elections. Once the ballot is mailed, voters would have four weeks to fill out the ballot and mail it to or drop it off at the local board of elections, with a final deadline of Nov. 1.
Voters must provide either their driver’s license number or the last four digits of their Social Security number when completing the application, along with their date of birth and signature. For more information, go to www.MyOhioVote.com.
