Ohio 66 between Delphos and the Auglaize County line will be restricted to one lane through the work zone for pavement repairs. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers and cones noting the lane closures. Work is being performed by the Allen County ODOT maintenance garage.
U.S. 30/Ohio 309 near Delphos may be restricted to one lane at times through the work zone for culvert work. Work is expected to be completed in late July. Work is being performed by Platinum Painting, Boardman.
U.S. 224 interchange at Interstate 75 reconstruction, Findlay
The U.S. 224 interchange with Interstate 75, Findlay, is currently being reconstructed. The project began in February and is expected to be completed late this fall. Work is being performed by Miller Brothers Construction, Archbold.
The following traffic impacts related to the reconstruction are in effect or will occur in the upcoming weeks:
-Both the northbound and southbound lanes are narrowed and shifted approaching the U.S. 224 interchange.
- Lane restrictions will continue both northbound and southbound for overhead work at the bridge. Restrictions will occur between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.
-The ramps on the south side of the interchange (northbound exit, southbound entrance) closed July 14 for approximately two weeks for reconstruction. Traffic is detoured to the County Road 99 interchange and back. Once the south side ramps are open, the ramps on the north side of the interchange will close, also for two weeks (southbound exit, northbound entrance).
-Short-term, daytime lane closures should be expected throughout the week. Traffic maintained at times with flaggers.
-Traffic on the bridge over Interstate 75, Findlay, is traveling on the north half of the bridge, one lane in each direction with no turn lanes. All ramps at the interchange are currently open.
-Motorists are cautioned to watch for construction vehicles entering and exiting at various locations throughout the work zone on U.S. 224 and along the interchange ramps.
Interstate 75 between Ohio 235 and the city of Findlay will be restricted to one lane through the work zone for pavement repair which began July 14. Work is taking place in the northbound direction, beginning at Ohio 235 and continuing north. Traffic restrictions will be in place during weekdays and will be removed on the weekends. Work is being performed by Becdir Construction, Berlin Center.
Ohio 568 between Blanchard Avenue in Findlay to County Road 180 is currently not restricted for pavement repair and resurfacing. The project is temporarily suspended to allow adjoining work by the city of Findlay to take place. The project will resume in September. Work is being performed by Shelly Co., Findlay.
Ohio 31 in the village of Mt. Victory will close August 4 for approximately three weeks for waterline installation. Traffic will be detoured onto Ohio 292 and Ohio 47 back to Ohio 31. Work is being performed by Page Engineering, Marysville.
Ohio 117 between Ohio 235 and County Road 200 will be restricted to one lane through the work zone for pavement repairs. Work is being performed by the Hardin County ODOT maintenance garage.
Ohio 67 will have a one-lane restriction through the work zone at Township Road 179 for pavement repairs. Work will be performed through the Hardin County ODOT maintenance garage.
Ohio 31 from the Union County line to Ohio 292 restricted to one lane through the work zone during pavement resurfacing. Work is being performed by Shelly Co., Findlay.
U.S. 68 resurfacing from the Kenton Corporation limit to the Logan County line is complete.
Ohio 634 approximately one mile north of Continental will be restricted to one lane through the work zone for ditch cleaning. Work is being performed by the Putnam County ODOT maintenance garage.
Van Wert County
U.S. 224 from Lincoln Highway to the Indiana state line will be reduced to one lane through the work zone for tarring and chipping of the shoulder. Work is being performed by the Van Wert County ODOT maintenance garage.
