Jan. 30

Korey D. Briggs, 30, 20799 Road 24T, Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. He faces up to 12 months in prison, $2,500 in fines, and six-month to five-year license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11 a.m. March 13. A charge of forgery was dismissed.

Nicholas A. Okuley, 21, 12508 Road G, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to trafficking in marijuana. He faces up to 12 months in prison, $2,500 in fines, and six-month to five-year license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. Feb. 25.

Sierra A. Kiessling, 27, 18281 Road I-17, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture of drugs. She faces up to 36 months in prison, $10,000 in fines, ($5,000 mandatory), and six-month to five-year license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. Feb. 25. A charge of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity was dismissed.

Paige O. Smith, 22, 202 Holland Ave., #40, Delphos, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture of drugs. She faces up to 36 months in prison, $10,000 in fines, ($5,000 mandatory), and six-month to five-year license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9 a.m. March 12. Charges of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and possession of drugs were dismissed.

Shanda A. Carpenter, 36, 307 Walcutt St., Dupont, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture of drugs. She faces up to 36 months in prison, $10,000 in fines, ($5,000 mandatory), and six-month to five-year license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 2:30 p.m. March 16. A charge of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity was dismissed.

Lendsey J. Ordway, 22, 24211 state Route 613, Oakwood, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture of drugs. She faces up to 36 months in prison, $10,000 in fines, ($5,000 mandatory), and six-month to five-year license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Feb. 25. A charge of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity was dismissed.

Feb. 4

Tracey Hatfield, Kalida, and John Hatfield, Edgerton, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 30, 1992, and have one child.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Jan. 29

David A. Siebeneck, 31, K448 County Road IC, McClure, pleaded no contest to criminal mischief and was found guilty. Sentence: 60 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, pay restitution of $455.95, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center or equivalent agency.

Feb. 2

Richard T. Merricle, 26, 19649 state Route 190, Delphos, pleaded no contest to first-offense OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, and license suspended for 12 months, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. Another charge of OVI and left of center were dismissed.

Nichole A. Spencer, 41, 209 Mahoning St., Cloverdale, pleaded no contest to driving under OVI suspension and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $250 fine, and license suspended for 12 months.

Jacob R. Ashenfelter, 19, 2668 Riverbend Drive, Elida, pleaded guilty to telephone harassment. Sentence: 180 days jail, 173 days suspended, $250 fine, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center and obtain GED diploma, one year probation and no contact with victim for two years.
