ANGELA REE FOREMAN, 52, of Prescott, Ariz., formerly of Wapakoneta, died at 10:25 p.m. Dec. 8, 2005, at Odyssey Hospice Care, Tucson, Ariz.

She was born Oct. 9, 1953, in Lima to Robert J. Carder and Beverly June Anspach Farmer. Her father survives in Cridersville and her mother in Tucson, Ariz.

Ms. Foreman had been a licensed practical nurse at Auglaize Acres and Shawnee Manor nursing homes. She attended Forest Park United Methodist Church, Lima. She loved to travel and she enjoyed her family, cats and helping people.

Survivors also include three brothers, Michael R. (Jennifer) Farmer of Tucson, Ariz., Taft (Cindy) Farmer III of Prescott, Ariz., and Steven L. (Tracy) Farmer of Perry Township.

Services will begin at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. The Rev. Larry Hopkins will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
