BETTY ROSE BARRETT, 75, died at her home.

She was born July 9, 1931, in Magoffin County, Ky., to Paris and Causby Patrick, who preceded her in death. On May 16, 1953, she married Fred G. Barrett, who died June 6, 1984.

Mrs. Barrett worked for Superior Trim in Findlay for 32 years, retiring in 1994. She was also a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sisters, Virginia Ward and Anna Spradlin; two stepdaughters, Jeanne (Bob) Hoctor and Kathy (Jack) Graham; two stepgranddaughters, Jodi (Pat) Stranton and Stacy (Wes) Veach; a stepgreat-grandson Davis Veach; two nieces, Ruth (Ried) Hancock and Judy (John) Cooper; a nephew, David Spradlin; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

Services will begin at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Coldren-Crates Funeral Home. Pastor Gordon Dickson will officiate. Burial will be in Knollcrest Gardens, east of Findlay.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Instead of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Joint Heirs Sunday School Class of Calvary Baptist Church.
