WILLIAM D. "BILL" ENGLAND, 50, died at 6:50 p.m. March 11, 2006, at St. Rita's Medical Center.

He was born Oct. 10, 1955, to Roger and Alice Cash England. His father preceded him in death. His mother survives in Lima. On June 4, 1983, he married Cheryl D. Coffman Stephens, who survives in Elida.

Mr. England was a production worker for Marathon Electric in Lima. He was a veteran of the Army and served in the Vietnam War.

Survivors include two sons, Aaron L. (Pam) Stephens of Harrod and Brad E. Stephens of Lima; a daughter, Carrie A. Koeper of Troy; two sisters, Vicki (Jeff) Gross and Trish (Ed) Howell, both of Lima; and three grandchildren, Summer Koeper, Dalton Koeper and Jacob Koeper.

Service will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Chiles and Sons-Laman Funeral Homes, West Wayne Chapel. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Westminster, with military rites by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1275.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday the funeral home.
