JEREMIAH JAMES BENJAMIN FRUEH, 16, died the morning of March 28, 2006, at Children's Hospital, Columbus.

He was born Dec. 24, 1989, in Lima to James A. Winters Jr. and Beverly K. Owens Frueh. His father survives in St. Petersburg, Fla., and his mother in Lima.

Jeremiah was a freshman at Lima Senior High School. He was a member of Cornerstone Harvest Church and the G-Force Teen Ministry.

Survivors also include nine siblings, Annette Frueh of Dahlonega, Ga., Elizabeth Frueh, Rachel Johnson, James D. Winters and Jenniffer Hire, all of Lima, David Winters and LaTasha Davis, both of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Tiffany Winters and Courtney Winters, both of Alger; a grandmother, Helen Pickens of Lima; and a niece, Diadra Kantner of Dahlonega, Ga.

He was preceded in death by his other grandparents.

Services will begin at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Cornerstone Harvest Church. The Rev. David Roberts will officiate.

Friends may call one hour prior to services Friday at the church.

Contributions may be made to the Cornerstone Harvest Church.

Arrangements are by Siferd Funeral Homes, Westwood Chapel.
