Beverly Jean Laffin, 69, died at 9:55 p.m. Sept. 27, 2007, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 23, 1938, to Carroll and Nadine Webb Klingler, who preceded her in death. On June 28, 1959, she married Bill L. Laffin, who survives.
Mrs. Laffin was a homemaker and had worked at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. for 30 years. She enjoyed reading, working puzzles, traveling and collecting.
Survivors also include a son, Mark A. Laffin, of Wapakoneta; two daughters, Dawn M. (Robert) Moyler, of Cridersville, and Lora L. (Lonnie) Hurt, of Celina; six grandchildren, Chad Laffin, Walter (Rebecca) Moyler, Jennifer (Steve) Ley, Ashley (Scott) McDonough, Andy Hurt and Abby Hurt; three great-grandchildren, Logan, Xavier and Kearstyn; two sisters, Betty (Richard) Plattner, of New Bremen, and Barbara (Danny) Gould, of Hoagland, Ind.; and a brother, Dennis (Edith) Klingler, of New Bremen.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Billy D. Laffin.
Services will begin at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta. Pastor Greg Roberts will officiate. Burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Moulton.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to services Monday at the funeral home.
