Lima - Jeanne M. Williamson, 83, died at 6:02 a.m. March 8, 2010, at Lima Memorial Health System.

She was born May 26, 1926, in Lima to Earl L. and Nancy R. Staup Ellis, who preceded her in death. On April 19, 1945, she married Glenn E. Williamson, who died Dec. 27, 1974.

Mrs. Williamson retired from Bentwood Restaurant. She was a member of First Nazarene Church. She had been a volunteer at Lima Memorial Health System since 1984, where she had 18,000 hours of service. She had been a Jefferson Award nominee and was named Volunteer of the Year at Lima Memorial Health System several times.

Survivors include two sons, David (Anita) Williamson, of Mansfield, and Wayne (Cynthia) Williamson, of Fort Wayne, Ind.; a daughter, Sharon (Ted) Miller, of Ottawa; seven grandchildren, Matt R. (Desiree) Miller, of Raleigh, N.C., Nick R. (Stacy) Miller, of Ottawa, Carrie L. (Marvin Pena) Williamson, of Redwood City, Calif., Dan G. (Angela) Williamson, of Delphos, and Tim Williamson, Elizabeth Williamson and Justin Williamson, all of Fort Wayne, Ind.; six great-grandchildren; two stepgrandsons, Brian (Laura) Donnelly and Bruce (Shannon) Donnelly, both of Kenton; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.

Services will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Chiles-Laman Funeral Homes, Lewis Eastside Chapel. Pastor John Perkins will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
