Paint, drugs and ammo fill Dumpsters at Waste Day
Oscar Martinez, of Cincinnati, empties out household chemicals into a safe barrel while other workers of Clean Harbors Environmental gather, sort and dispose of other household waste dropped off Saturday at the Allen County Fairgrounds. The company, based in Cincinnati, will incinerate or recycle the materials.
